• Led a 6-engineer team and the migration of Interviews, a real-time collaboration product, from Backbone to React with a refreshed UI.
• Built performance monitoring tools, interview standardization features, audio/video integrations, and real-time synchronization using Firebase and Firepad.
• Improved shared tooling: boilerplates, ESLint rules, PR checks, and a unified design system. Supported analytics, error tracking, A/B testing, and feature rollout dashboards.
